Richard Allen Turner, 69, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, passed away on December 2, 2024. He was born on December 1, 1955, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Mary Lou (Perceful) Allison and Lewie Gid Turner. Richard was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a retired engineer. Throughout his career, he worked at Rheem, Trane, and Air Systems.

Richard was married to Teresa Ann (Woodard) Turner on October 8, 1986, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She preceded him in death on June 16, 1994.

He is survived by two daughters, Sabrina Lane and her husband, Bryson, of Muskogee, OK, and Candace Lane and her husband, Tyler, of Muskogee, OK; three sons, Robert LaFave and his wife, Kena, of Wagoner, OK, Kevin Angel of Vian, OK, and Matthew Angel and his wife, Summer, of Sallisaw, OK; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother, Danny Turner and his wife, Dixie, of Columbus, MI; and many other relatives and friends.

Richard was preceded in death by his wife and parents.

A viewing will be held at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma, on December 6, 2024, from 10:00 AM until the funeral service begins at 11:00 AM. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at Roland City Cemetery in Roland, Oklahoma.
