He was born on October 28, 1960 in Torrance, California to Hazel (Carter) Carter and Charles Fay Carter and passed away on August 13, 2020 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Renee (Martin) Carter on June 7, 1991 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was an Oil Field worker and Taxidermist. Rick was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors are:
wife: Renee of the home;
2 sons: Andrew Martin and Teresa of Dallas, TX and Dylan Carter of Roland, OK;
2 grandchildren: Brittani and Brilee;
2 sisters: Teresa Martin of Muldrow, OK and Nancy Collins of Muldrow, OK;
brother: Mike Carter of Muldrow, OK.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
