Robert 'Bob' E. Jamison

Robert “Bob” E. Jamison, 91, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma was born on July 10, 1931 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Ivie Cleo (Philpot) Jamison and Harvey O. Jamison and passed away on February 28, 2023 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was married to Patsy Jamison on July 26, 1955 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on April 3, 2009. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the “Big Red One”. He loved hunting, fishing and gardening, but most of all he loved attending church.

Survivors are one daughter, Tajuania Miller of Sallisaw, OK; one son, Robert Jamison, Jr. of Sallisaw, OK; one granddaughter, Kelsey Jamison of Maui, HI; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Patsy Jamison; his parents; two brothers, Marvin Leroy Jamison and Harvey Olen Jamison, Jr.; and his two favorite dogs, Herbert and Beagle.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 6 PM Saturday and 2 – 8 PM Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM Sunday.
