He was born on December 11, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Virginia Ruth (Phillips) Stephens and Phillip Stephens and passed away on December 8, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Joella Ruth (Steelman) Page. He was a truck driver.

Survivors are wife, Joella of the home; one son, Robert Stephens of Batesville, AR; one daughter, Danielle Crozier of Huntsville, AR; one stepdaughter, Barbara Bernadowski of Las Vegas, NV; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Ruth Ann Stephens, and one sister.
