Robert P. White

Funeral Service for Robert P. White, 60, of Gore, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Hanson Baptist Church in Hanson Community, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on November 14, 1962 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Caryle (Dorse) White and Robert Pressley White, Sr. and passed away on November 28, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was married to Dani (Cross) White on December 30, 1992 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He was a 1981 graduate of Gore High School where he played all three sports. Robert was a very proud member of the Local 430 Union in Tulsa for 27 years and a 3rd generation pipefitter. He was a volunteer firefighter for Gore RFPD 1. He loved hotrods, car shows, smoking brisket and sports.

Survivors are wife, Dani of the home; one daughter, Carrie Caffey and Joe of Cookson, OK; one son, Jason Runyon and Bobbie of Sallisaw, OK; five grandchildren, Nathan Caffey, Caleb Caffey and Summer, Caitlin Carlton, Daelin Runyon and Brynlin Runyon; mother, Caryle Rorex and Kenny of Gore, OK; one sister, Becky Summerlin and Jimmy of Vian, OK; one brother, Rick Anderson and Vanessa of Okay, OK; three special nieces, Nadine Cross, Kirstyn Dunlap and Tucker, and Macy Anderson; two special nephews, Nathan Summerlin and Keeton Summerlin; and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert P. White, Sr.; one grandson, Drake Caffey; and his grandmother, Marcie Dorse or “Granny D.”

Active Pallbearers will be Kelly Cross, Jason Runyon, Joe Caffey, Nathan Caffey, Caleb Caffey and Steve Arney.

Viewing will be 4 – 8 PM Wednesday and 9 AM – 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 Thursday.
