Ronald Gene Copeland, 81, passed away at his home with loved ones by his side on October 9, 2022, in Vian, Oklahoma. Ronald was born October 28, 1940 in Dallas, Texas to Katie and Joseph Copeland. Ronald loved to garden and tinker on his old truck. He stayed busy with yard work from morning until night and was a jack-of-all-trades right up until the end, he even quilted. He was happy with his dogs, a package of cookies and a lawn mower. He was one of the kindest men and never complained about anything. He will be missed by all his family and friends that knew and loved him.

Survivors are wife, Wilma Copeland; two daughters, Dovey of Texas and Donna (Carlos) of Texas; two sons, David of Texas and Ronald (Shelley) of Arizona; one sister, Jerry of Texas; and eight grandchildren, Desiree, Michelle, Molly, Joe, Christina, Ricky, Zachary and Chelsea;

He was preceded in death by his parents, Katie and Joseph Copeland; one sister, Edna Copeland; two brothers, Robert and Richard Copeland; his mother-in-law, Elma White; and his father-in-law, Arvin White.
