She was born on November 28, 1939 in Braggs, Oklahoma to Fern Gladys (Fuller) Rose and John Edgar “Ed” Rose and passed away on December 28, 2022 in Vian, Oklahoma. She was married to John Gordon on March 12, 1969 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He preceded her in death in 1996. Mrs. Gordon was a healthcare provider.

Survivors are three daughters, Sindy Ellis and Wayne of Vian, OK, Janet Gordon of Vian, OK and Jennifer Coppin and Monzell of Vian, OK; one son, John Gordon of Vian, OK; ten grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; one sister, Etta Dyer of Sallisaw, OK; two brothers, Jim Rose of Vian, OK and Raymond “Bunker” Rose of Vian, OK; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Kevin Gordon; parents; three sisters, Janie Rose, Judy Hall and Lou Minnier and two brothers, Joel Rose and Isaiah Rose.

Active Pallbearers will be Colby Ross, Skyler Ellis, Brett Hooper, Juan Hernandez, Richard Scoggins and Bobby Callaway.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Shane Ross and Wayne Ellis.

Viewing will be 2 – 8 pm Sunday and 10 am – 8 pm Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw where the family will greet 3 – 5 pm Sunday.
