She was born on November 2, 1952 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Helen Margaret (D’Alfonsi) Scoggins and John Alfred Scoggins and passed away on August 4, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Rose was baptized as one of Jehovah Witnesses on January 8, 1965.

Survivors are:

1 sister: Lily Ladd of Alma, AR;

1 brother: Dan Scoggins of Sallisaw, OK;

1 niece, 2 nephews and a host of other family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
