Burial will follow at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on May 16, 1945 in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma to Lena Jewel (Bell) Conrad and Medley Jefferson Conrad and passed away on July 12, 2020 in Webber Falls, Oklahoma. He was married to Donna Jones Conrad on March 26, 1993 in Gum Springs, Oklahoma. Mr. Conrad was a welder, a member of First Assembly of God Church in Webbers Falls, OK and a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Survivors are:

wife: Donna of the home;

1 daughter: Angela Moore of Webbers Falls, OK;

1 son: Chad Hornback of Gum Springs, OK;

2 grandchildren: McKenzie Hornback and Waylon Hornback;

1 sister: Mary Brinsfield and Dale of Muskogee, OK;

4 brothers: Sonny Conrad and Mary Ann of Vian, OK, Kenneth Conrad and Ginger of Stillwater, OK, Harold Conrad and Francis of Waynewright, OK and Carl Conrad of Palestine, TX;

1 sister in law: Ronna McConnell and Gary of Webbers Falls, OK;

5 brothers in law: Cleatis Jones and Pauline of Vian, OK; Jerry Jones and Pat of Sallisaw, OK; Raymond Jones and Modene of Warner, OK; Ed Jones and Sharon of Warner, OK and Billy Jones of Webbers Falls, OK;

several nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters: Modine Glisson, Gail Swank and Ruth Lee and 1 brother: Thomas Jefferson Conrad and 1 brother in law: Junior Jones.

Active Pallbearers will be Greg Cole, Butch Cox, Charlie Shamblin, Stoney Shamblin, Freddy Hefley, Jim Taylor, Shawn Moore and Jeff Alexander.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Bill Weir and Jack Byrd.

Viewing will be 1 – 8 pm Wednesday at Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 pm.
