Gathering for Ruth Ellen (Bowles) Robison, 88, of El Reno, Oklahoma will be at 1:30 PM on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Round Mountain Church in Vian, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Round Mountain Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on August 10, 1933 in Vian, Oklahoma to Mary Louisa (Cowett) Bowles and Roy Melvin Bowles and passed away on July 11, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was married to Arvel James Robison on January 6, 1951 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on November 11, 1999. She was a caregiver.

Survivors are:

2 daughters, Donna Fowler and James of Yukon, OK and Julie Lamb and Joe of Hinton, OK;

son, Roy Robison of Golden, MO;

4 grandchildren, Brian Wilson, Brandy Pollock, Crystal Rodriguez and Zachary Lamb;

3 step-grandchildren, Lauren, Josh and Eddie;

great-grandchildren, Braycee, Levi, Cubah, Sally, Jake, Luke, Abby, Logan, Elijah, Steven, Tyler, Kimmy, Serenity, Riley, Brooklyn, Tiffany and numerous others by heart;

bonus grandchildren, Dustin and Donna;

partner, Gene Beisel;

1 brother, Buddy Bowles of Rushville, NE;

and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; one grandson, Jeff Robison; parents; and her siblings, Cecil, Raymond, Fred, Ruby, Richard, Odell, Junior, Howard and Bobby.

Active Pallbearers will be Roy Robison, Brian Wilson, Zachary Lamb, Jakob Pollock, Elijah Weber, Luke Pollock, Steven Rodriguez and Tyler Rodriguez.

Viewing will be Noon – 8 PM Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 5 – 7 PM.
