Ryan N. Jordan

Ryan N. Jordan, 42, of Vian, Oklahoma, passed away on January 16, 2025. He was born on September 17, 1982, to Rhonda (Lancaster) Thompson and the late Allen Jordan. He was a proud Navy Veteran of the Iraq War and of the Baptist faith.

Ryan had an enduring love for the great outdoors. He enjoyed activities such as floating the Illinois River and hunting for arrowheads, relishing the peace and beauty of nature. His spirit thrived when he was at the lake, embodying a deep appreciation for life and the scenes that surrounded him.

He is survived by his parents, Scott and Rhonda Thompson of Vian, Oklahoma; two brothers, Cody Jordan of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, and Michael Shane Jordan of Vian, Oklahoma; one sister, Misti Jordan of Topeka, Kansas; five nieces and nephews; several aunts and uncles; and numerous other relatives and friends who will remember him fondly.

Ryan was preceded in death by his father, Allen Jordan; and one brother, Austin Thompson. His passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who loved him, but his memories will continue to live on in the stories shared by family and friends. 

A cremation service for Ryan N. Jordan is being conducted under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc. As loved ones prepare to honor his memory, a memorial service will be held in the spring of 2025.
