She was born on May 21, 1931 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Pearl Gregory Lewis and Thomas Jefferson Lewis and passed away on April 5, 2018 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker.

Survivors are:

1 niece: Kathy Dreadfulwater of Sallisaw, OK

1 nephew: Marvin Petree of Arkansas

She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, 1 sister, 1 brother and 1 niece: Gloria McGowan

Viewing will be Noon – 8 pm Saturday and 2 – 8 pm Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
