Funeral Service for Scotty Alan Nofire, 48, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on July 21, 1974 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Mary Mae (Bird) Nofire and Mose Nofire and passed away on May 18, 2023 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He worked as an EVS Supervisor at Cherokee Casino in Roland.

Survivors are spouse, Tamera Tarin; children, Taeler, Robert, Ashley, Sam, Shelby, Todd, Stefani, Jose, Juan and Chadisty; several grandchildren and a special grandson, Juju; parents, Mose and Mary Nofire of Muldrow, OK; two sisters, Sylvia Holmes and Charlie of Long, OK and Rebecca Nofire and Jonathan Bird of Muldrow, OK; special niece and nephews, Kaira Qualls, Jeremy Mabray and Tristan Williams; great-nephew and great-niece, Caleb Mabray and Kailee Emerson; and several cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Mose Nofire, Jr.; one sister, Amy Nofire; and his grandparents.

Active Pallbearers will be Charlie Holmes, Todd Johnson, Ricky Don Teehee, TJ Younger, Shelby Noel and Juan Tarin.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jonathan Bird, Jose Tarin, Robert Elk, Preston Hooper, Tyler Terrapin, Benjy Callahan, Rick Birdtail and Jeremy Mabray.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
