Burial Service for Shayla Barton, 60, of Vian, Oklahoma was at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on February 9, 1961 in Lamar, Missouri to Frankie Oleta (Baker) Barton and Norman Carl Barton, Sr. and passed away on January 29, 2022 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She was a certified nursing assistant in a nursing home.

Survivors are:

2 brothers, Norman Barton, Jr. and Sarah of Cookson, OK and Ed Barton and Rebecca of Vian, OK;

and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Gayla; her parents; and her nephew, Grant Norman Barton.
