Funeral service for Sheila Mae Long, 61 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on June 18, 1958 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Ruth Ann Cartwright and passed away on November 3, 2019 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. Long was a homemaker, she loved to fish, spend time with her grandchildren and playing the slots

Survivors are:

4 son: James Cartwright of Sallisaw, OK, Gary Walters of Sallisaw, OK, Bobby Walters of Sallisaw, OK and Les Walters of Sallisaw, OK;

8 grandchildren: Melissa Ann Pettit, Jayson Michael Cartwright, Shelby Duncan, Lyddia Rhea Walters, Taylor Joe Walters, Sadie Jade Walters, Hunter Walters and Connor Walters;

1 great grandchild: Jasmine Duncan;

1 sister: Sherry Spencer of Sallisaw, OK;

2 brothers: Terry Spencer of Sallisaw, OK and Bobby Cartwright of Sallisaw, OK.

She was preceded in death by her mother, 2 sisters: Linda James and Brenda McHenry, 2 brothers: James Edward Dawes and Joseph Darrell Cartwright and 1 nephew: Josh Mentzer.

Active pallbearers will be her sons.

Viewing will be Noon – 8 pm Tuesday and 9 am – 8 pm Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 pm Wednesday.
