She was married to David Pierce Welch on June 14, 1963 in Hinkley, California. He preceded her in death on June 3, 2015. She was a LPN for Tahlequah Nursing Home.

Survivors are two sons, Travis Welch and Lisa of Ponca City, OK and Raymond Welch and Meri of Oklahoma City, OK; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; one sister, Deannie Picciotti of Holand, MI; and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and one sister, Betty Dame.
