She was born on January 16, 1955 in Ft. Collins, Colorado to Helen (Geringer) Herder and Rueben Herder and passed away on January 4, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Survivors are:

1 daughter: Rebecca Powell of Monteagle, TN;

3 sisters: Kathy Herder of Loveland, CO, Peggy Clark of Loveland, CO and Linda Mekelburg of Fort Collins, CO;

1 brother: Richard Herder of Muldrow, OK;

She was preceded in by her husband, parents and son: Sam Woody.
