Shirley Kay Andrews

Memorial Service for Shirley Kay Andrews, 65 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

She was born on November 24, 1957 in Hobbs, New Mexico to Shirley Temple Carter and A.C. Andrews and passed away on September 21, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mrs. Andrews was a grocery store manager. She loved camping at the Illinois River, swimming and fishing and loved spending time with her family.

Survivors are two daughters, Crystal Osburn and Tommy of Sallisaw, OK and Laura Osburn of Sallisaw, OK; one son, Paul Osburn and Ariel of Brushy community, OK; grandchildren, Arabella Osburn, Amillia Osburn, Montana McInerney, Weston McInerney, Chyenne Walter, Ty Henning, Kyrsten Henning, Kallie Henning, Shandara Rodriguez, Sabin Penberthy, Shawnna Penberthy, Michael Ryan Watts, Jessica Sparks, Billy Crutchfield and James Crutchfield; numerous great-grandchildren; one sister, Brenda Kay Sanders of California; one brother, Robert Kuykendall of Sallisaw, OK; father, A.C. Andrews of Sallisaw, OK; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother and one sister, Lesia Walters.
