She was born on August 17, 1951 in Gans, Oklahoma to Hazel (Tounzen) Smith and Andrew Jackson Smith and passed away on June 13, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was a general laborer and of the Christian faith.
Survivors are:
1 daughter: Dallas Mauldin of Sallisaw, OK;
1 son: John Mauldin of Sallisaw, OK;
5 grandchildren: Caleb Mauldin, Marcus Mauldin, Matt Mauldin, Brett Mauldin and Alicia Olson;
6 great-grandchildren: Kindsey, Everley, Baker, Chakotay, Connor and Cameron;
2 sisters: Georgia Robison of Roland, OK and Hazel Long of Sallisaw, OK;
1 brother: Buster Smith of Short, OK.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 6 sisters: Alpha Mae, Juanita, Nettie, Emma, Nina Mae and Gracie Stoll; and 9 brothers: James, Curt, Francis, Leroy, Robert, Truman, Donald, Bert and E.W. Smith.
