Survivors are partner, Lanni Douglas of the home; four children, Shawn Schneider of Fort Snith, AR, Alicia Monaghan and Dustin of Enterprise, AL, Ashley Douglas of Sallisaw, OK, and Ethan Douglas of Sallisaw, OK; two grandchildren, Michelle Monaghan and Daniel Monaghan; mother, Renee Douglas of Sallisaw, OK; one sister, Sabrina; two brothers, John Douglas of Fort Smith, AR, and Mike Douglas of Muldrow, OK; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father; and brother, Lee Wesley Douglas.
