Funeral services for Stephanie Smith, 50 of Vian, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 9, 2019 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Redbird Smith Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Ms. Smith was born on June 8, 1969 in Tahlequah, OK to Nancy Webber Smith and Junior Stokes Smith and passed away on September 4, 2019 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She was a Phlebotomist at W.W. Hastings Hospital in Tahlequah.

Survivors are:

companion: Billy Gann of Vian, OK;

mother: Nancy Smith of Vian, OK;

5 sisters: Vickey Smith of Vian, OK, Sandra Lewis of Tulsa, OK, Diane Cox of Vian, OK, Lisa Smith of Sallisaw, OK and Sherry Smith of Vian, OK;

2 brothers: Joe Smith of Vian, OK and Richard Smith of Vian, OK;

several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Active Pallbearers will be Bobby Brown, Mark Marshall, Uriah Grass, Sonny Chanate, Jeremy Ketcher, Trenton Fields and Allen Petite.

Honorary Pallbearers will be JJ and Jamie Lewis, Lyndon and Kyle Smith, Bryan and Eric Cox and Thomas Young, Jr.

Viewing will be 2 – 8 pm Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
