Steven Lawton Lessley

Memorial Service for Steven Lawton Lessley, 71 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 29, 2024 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Visitation with the family will be 4 – 6 pm Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

He was born on March 1, 1952 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Margaret Ann (Nesbitt) Lessley and Samuel Lawton Lessley and passed away on January 24, 2024 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was married to Patricia Ann (Morse) Lessley on June 29, 1973 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on September 5, 2022. Mr. Lessley worked over 40 years as a Conductor for the Union Pacific Railroad.

Survivors are one daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Joe Osborn of Fort Gibson, OK; two sons and daughters-in-law, Brandon and Rachel Lessley of Van Buren, AR and Justin and Megan Lessley of Broken Arrow, OK; four grandchildren, Karson Patrick Osborn, Alex Floyd Lessley, Addison Mae Lessley and Kennedy Grace Lessley; one sister and brother-in-law, Luanne and Tom Williams of Altus, OK; one brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Janet Lessley of Sallisaw, OK; and numerous other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
