He was born on August 12, 1952 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Margie Gean (Sallee) Walters and Harold Gene Walters and passed away on September 14, 2019 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Watlers was a 1970 graduate of Sallisaw High School and retired from Borg Warner.

Survivors are:

mother: Margie Walters;

1 sister: Doris Crews and Marc;

3 nieces: Keara Walters, Lauren Schierloh and Joel and Jessica Crews;

1 nephew: David Grant Walters and Betty;

numerous great nieces, great nephews and cousins

He was preceded in death by his father: Gene Walters, 1 brother: Greg Walters and 1 nephew: Shaun Walters.
