Stevy Jay Allen

Stevy Jay Allen was born September 8, 1955 in Lockney, Texas the son of Cecil and Emmie (Petty) Allen.
He was a factory worker. He passed this life on February 23, 2018 in Muldrow, Oklahoma at the age of 62.
