Funeral Service for Sue Cascaden, 65 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at McCoy Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on April 5, 1957 in Paso Robles, California to Jettie Lee (Newton) Smith and Billy Jack Smith and passed away on April 26, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was married to John Cascaden on December 14, 1986 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death. She worked at Sequoyah Memorial Hospital.

Survivors are:

1 daughter, Brandy Ross of Sallisaaw, OK;

2 sons, John Paul Cascaden of Sallisaw, OK and Shannon Wann of Sallisaw, OK;

4 grandchildren, Jazlyn Qualls, Nova Swearingen, Anthony Swearingen II and Miricle Wann;

2 great-grandchildren, Everlyn Qualls and Grayson Lee Howard;

2 brothers, Billy Jack Smith of Little River, KS and Michael Ray Smith of Hutchinson, KS;

and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and one daughter, Jessica Lee Wann.

Active Pallbearers will be Family.

Viewing will be 2 – 8 pm Sunday and 10 am – 8 pm Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw where the family will greet 6 – 8 pm Monday.
