Sue (Harvell) Hendricks

Funeral Service for Sue (Harvell) Hendricks, 79, of Roland, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 11, 2023 at Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Roland, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on April 2, 1944 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Margie Evelyn (Redden) Harvell and Virgil C. Harvell and passed away on August 7, 2023 in Pocola, Oklahoma. She was married to Richard “Lee” Hendricks on August 13, 1982 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on September 14, 2022. She worked as a coil winder at Baldor Electric Company for 28 years and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are two daughters, Sherry Oliver of Roland, OK and Angie Fowlkes and Steve of Muldrow, OK; three grandchildren, Ricky Acosta, Matthew Acosta and Victoria, and Benjamin Fowlkes; five great-grandchildren, Hazel, Aaliyah, Natalee, Blakely and Ty; one brother, Cecil Harvell and Gail of Roland, OK; and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Hendricks; and parents, Virgil and Margie Harvell.

Active Pallbearers will be Ricky Acosta, Matthew Acosta, Benjamin Fowlkes, Steve Fowlkes and Rick Acosta.

Viewing will be Noon – 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
