Funeral Service for SuzAnne (Gilstrap) Carter, 68, of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 29, 2024 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on March 24, 1956 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Opal Nadine (Sharver) Gilstrap and Carnell Wilson Gilstrap and passed away on March 24, 2024 in Muldrow, Oklahoma.  She was married to Richard M. Carter in Muldrow, Oklahoma.  She was a caregiver and of the Southern Baptist faith.

Survivors are husband, Richard of the home; son, Rick Carter of Van Buren, AR; granddaughter, Alena Carter of Van Buren, AR; sister, Vickie Asbill of Fort Smith, AR; nephew, Jason Asbill and Erin of Madill, OK; nieces, Tonya Shanks and Johnny of Owasso, OK and Stephanie Swain of California; and great-niece, Ashley Jimenez of Owasso, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Viewing will be 10 AM - 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 - 8 PM.
