He was born on February 26, 1974 in Benson, Minnesota to Anna Mae (Pevytoe) Howard and Paul Michael Howard and passed away on October 4, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Survivors are one daughter, Hali Howard of Muldrow, OK and her siblings, Sierra Weeks of Muldrow, OK and Jeremiah Weeks of Fort Smith, AR; caretaker, Allie McKnight of Muldrow, OK; father, Mike Howard of Muldrow, OK; three sisters, Amber Hesson of Fort Smith, AR, Amanda Squires and Chris of Muldrow, OK and Heather Marshall and Mitt of Muldrow, OK; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded by his mother, Anna Mae Howard; and one sister, Shelby Dawn Howard.
