Survivors are one daughter, Samantha Wellman of Muldrow, OK; mother, Emma Zoe Leeper of Sallisaw, OK; one sister, Johnie Sue Bussard of Reno, NV; and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; and step-mother, Ann Risley.
