She was born on December 1, 1993 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Susie Jane (Terrill) Middleton and Gary Dale Middleton and passed away on April 3, 2018 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
Survivors are:
1 daughter: Kaydence Wert
mother and father: Susie and Gary Middleton
Donald Edgington of Tonkawa, OK
1 sister and brother in law: Betty and Wade Garrison of Ozark, MO
1 brother: Jesse Middleton of Muldrow, OK
2 nephews: Skylar Middleton and Logan Emberson
1 niece: Bailiegh Garrison
grandmother: Janet Willitt of Bonanza, AR
step grandfather: Ricky Willitt of Bonanza, AR
numerous other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty and Linus Middleton.
Viewing will be noon – 8 pm Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 pm.
