Thomas Eugene Oliver

Graveside service for Thomas Eugene Oliver, 88 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on December 19, 1933 in to Irene (Hutchison) Oliver and John Calvin Oliver and passed away on July 9, 2022 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was married to Christeen (Benge) Oliver on January 4, 1964 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on February 2, 2008. Mr. Oliver worked for State of Oklahoma Parks Department at Brushy Lake and was a school bus driver for Brushy School.

Survivors are:

1 daughter: Toni Gaither and Kris of Sallisaw, OK;

1 granddaughter: Melani Crowson of Sallisaw, OK;

2 step-grandsons: Schylar Gaither of Pocola, OK and Conner Gaither of Norman, OK;

1 brother: Donnie Oliver of Sallisaw, OK;

numerous other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, sisters: Estelle Randolph, Opal Caughman, Maydell Newton, Adelle Long and Oradell Coffey and brothers: Jimmie, Charles, Johnny and Ralph Oliver.

Active Pallbearers will be his beloved nephews.

Viewing will be 10 am – 8 pm Friday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
