He was born on November 8, 1942 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Eileen Dorothy (McKenzie) Neal and Tom Collins Neal, Sr. and passed away on July 26, 2023 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He was married to Lucinda Jane (Tetro) Neal. Mr. Neal was a retired production foreman at Bekaert in Van Buren and a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
Survivors are wife, Cindy of the home; one daughter, Debbie Jones and Harold of Muldrow, OK; one son, Tom Neal and Diana “Espy” of Muldrow, OK; three grandchildren, Michael Neal and Miranda, Alex Williams and Lyndsey and Emily Pulanco and Preston; five great-grandchildren, Marshall Neal, Myra Neal, Sailor Williams, Havyn Jarnigan and Waylon Pulanco; one sister, Dorothy Love of Clarksville, GA; two nephews, Eric Love and Andrew Love, both of Cummins, GA; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Ron Neal.
