Funeral Service for Tommy Ray Kelly, 60, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at First Baptist Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on June 8, 1961 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Geneva Mae (Dougherty) Kelly and Jimmy Eugene Kelly and passed away on November 5, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Dorothy (Carney) Kelly on October 22, 1982 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was a landscaper and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are:

wife, Dorothy of the home;

one daughter, Brandi Renea McGinnis and Marchel of Sallisaw, OK;

one son, Tommy Ray Kelly, Jr. and Crystal Osburn of Sallisaw, OK;

one grandchild, Kaitlyn Kelly of Sallisaw, OK;

two sisters, Jennie Kelly and Cathy Mattingly, both of Sallisaw, OK;

two brothers, Frankie Kelly and Ronnie Kelly, both of Sallisaw, OK;

two sisters-in-law, Rhonda Brewer and Jim of Rogers, AR and Charolette Olmstead and Jeff of Pea Ridge, AR;

one brother-in-law, Richard Carney and Shirley of Springdale, AR;

and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by one son, Dustin Ray Kelly; his parents; one sister, Carolyn Sue Kelly; one brother, Jimmy Wayne Kelly; and one sister-in-law, Sheila Carney.

Active Pallbearers will be Tommy Ray Kelly, Jr., Marchel McGinnis, Jim Brewer, Richard Carney, Ryan Copeland and Kevin Sanders.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Corey Sanders, Kevin Sanders, Jr., Frankie Kelly and Greg McGinnis.

Viewing and Visitation will be 10 AM – 8 PM Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
