Tony Brown
April 27, 1970 – September 17, 2021
Tony Brown entered the world on April 27, 1970, in Neosho, Missouri. He was the youngest of three sons to Bill and Sharon Brown.
Tony grew up in Vian, Oklahoma and was a wolverine through and through. He spent his childhood following his older brothers around the streets of Vian and playing on any field he could get his feet on.
Upon his graduation from Vian High School, he continued his education at Northeastern State University and received his Bachelor of Science. He went on to earn his Doctorate Degree in Osteopathic Medicine at OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine. Tony spent his medical career as a physician, touching numerous lives with his upbeat spirit and compassion.
Tony was a devoted son, loving father, and fierce friend. In his free time, you could find him fishing at Lake Tenkiller, riding his four wheelers, or going on the occasional “walkabout”. Anytime he was near the water or immersed in nature, he was smiling. He loved to travel and experience new places… and food. Tony lived in generosity and valued the relationships he made throughout his lifetime.
Tony always shared bits of wisdom that he called “pearls”. Recently, he left us with one last pearl; he said, “Stay safe and live joy. Life is to be lived! Be diligent and strong and maybe help someone along the way.”
