She was born on February 13, 1967 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Paula Jean (Collins) Thomason and James Ellot Humphreys and passed away on September 9, 2021 in Gore, Oklahoma. Mrs. Starr was a prison guard and a Christian.
Survivors are:
Husband: Sean Phelps of the home;
2 sons: Brian Michael Blankenship of Hartshorne, OK and Benjamin James Blankenship of Hartshorne, OK;
Grandchildren: Brylee Dawn Blankenship and Boston Ty Blankenship;
Mother: Paula Thomason of Hartshorne, OK;
Sister: Suzette Collins Donelson and Joel Collins Donelson of Bardstown, KY;
Niece: Erika Horton of Norman, OK;
Uncle: Sid Collins and Lavene of Hartshorne, OK;
Numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cancer Care Associates of McAlester, OK.
