Vicki (Vaughan) Richardson was born on April 3, 1958 in Van Buren, Arkansas to Norene (Faulkner) Vaughan and Riley Franklin Vaughan and passed away on June 25, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Randy Mark Richardson on July 7, 2016 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was a factory worker and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are:

husband: Randy of the home;

her niece, nephew and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded by her parents; and two brothers, James Robert Vaughan and Gary Franklin Vaughan.
