Funeral Service for Walter Lee Qualls, 66, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma with cremation to follow under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on October 19, 1952 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Alice Nadine Treat Qualls and Walter Qualls and passed away on October 17, 2019 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was married to Paula Strome Qualls in 2001 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He was a heavy equipment operator for Blue Ribbon Downs.

Survivors are:

wife: Paula of the home;

1 daughter: Michelle Hinojosa of Alice, TX;

3 grandsons;

2 step children: R.J. Strome and Justine Strome;

several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters: Alice Fisher and Carol Qualls and 2 daugthters: Kendra Smith and Aidreana Qualls.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Saturday and 2 – 8 PM Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, Oklahoma where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM Saturday.
