Funeral service for Wanda Faye Varnell, 75 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 1:30 PM on Monday, November 18, 2019 at Abundant Life Pentecostal Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Briartown Cemetery in Porum, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on February 21, 1944 in Briartown, Oklahoma to Anna (Swafford) Cotner and John W. Cotner and passed away on November 14, 2019 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. Varnell was a homemaker and a member of Abundant Life Pentecostal Church

Survivors are:

4 daughters: Barbara Faye Richerson and Bo of Muskogee, OK, Jenita Carol Hutchison and Robert of Tulsa, OK, Tammy Sue Renfro and Porter of Muldrow, OK, and Mindy Michelle Ward and Cortez of Muskogee, OK;

3 sons: Johnny Varnell and Kimberly of Gans, OK, Terry Varnell of Warner, OK and Randy Varnell and Jordan of Porum, OK;

23 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild;

2 brothers: Ron Cotner of Porum, OK and Jerry Cotner of Muskogee, OK;

numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, a grandson, and 13 brothers and sisters

Viewing will be Noon – 8 pm Saturday, 2 – 8 pm Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw where the family will greet 4 – 6 pm Sunday.
