William Reaves

He was born on May 5, 1960 in Bakersfield, California to Katherine (Dollar) Reaves and Robert Reaves and passed away on July 25, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was a hairstylist. 

Survivors are daughter, Joell Woods and James of Sallisaw, OK; four grandchildren; brother, David Reaves of Rogers, AR; and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
