She was born on February 14, 1927 in Muldrow, OK to Pattie McEntire Jackson and John Lee Jackson and passed away on January 15, 2018 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was married to John Paul Morton on December 1, 1945 in Ft. Smith, AR. She worked for Hunts Department Store and Braums in Ft. Smith and was of the Assembly of God faith.
Survivors are:
2 sons and 1 daughter in law: Richard Morton of Edmond, OK.
and Eddy and Cherrine Morton of Muldrow, OK.
2 grandchildren: Brian and wife: Janetta Morton and John and wife: Nikkiey Morton
16 great grandchildren
several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Pattie (McEntire) Jackson; husband, John Paul Morton; and 1 granddaughter, April Dawn Myers
Viewing will be 2 – 8 pm Friday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK.
