Funeral Service for Harry “Pete” Miller, 96, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Harry “Pete” Miller, 96, was born on September 17, 1926 in Hockerville, Oklahoma to Nettie Florence (Johnson) Miller and Edward Jesse Miller and passed away on January 23, 2023 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He was married to Sue (Gawf) Miller on July 30, 1949 in Van Buren, Arkansas. She preceded him in death on January 28, 2016. He was a steel draftsman, a veteran of the United States Army and of the Christian faith.

Survivors are three daughters and sons-in-law, Jean Ann Pry and Richard of Tahlequah, OK, Cherie Miller-Stierwalt and Chuck of Broken Arrow, OK and Elizabeth Spillers and Bill of Clarksville, TN; four grandchildren, Deborah Pope and Joe of Sapulpa, OK, Jennifer Perryman and Matt of Muskogee, OK, Brett Spillers and Mary Heather of Clarksville, TN and Benjamin Spillers of the home; four great-grandchildren, Abigail Pope, Trey Pope, Emmitt Marshall Spillers and Barrett Spillers; two sisters, Jeannette Loris of Fayetteville, AR and Judy Loux of Fort Smith, AR; one brother, Richard Miller of Sallisaw, OK; and several other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; three great-grandchildren; four sisters, Virginia Patterson, Hattie Mae Miller, Jean Mary Medlock and Jesse Marie Suhor; and one brother, Edward James Miller.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
