She was born on December 1, 1993 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Susie Jane (Terrill) Middleton and Gary Dale Middleton and passed away on April 3, 2018 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

Survivors are:

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty and Linus Middleton.

Viewing will be noon – 8 pm Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 pm.
